3. Services

No user account is required to browse the Site or use the free App.

4. Software license

  1. Source code is available under GPL-3.0 on GitHub.
  2. Official builds are provided as computer software. You may use the App only as intended and in accordance with these Terms.
  3. You may not resell license keys, bypass license validation, or use the App unlawfully.

5. Premium licenses

  1. Premium is sold as annual (12 months) or lifetime (one-time) licenses. Current prices and features are listed on the pricing page.
  2. Payments are processed by Polar (Merchant of Record). You receive a license key by email after purchase.
  3. Premium activates on up to 2 Macs unless stated otherwise. Activation requires internet access and sends the license key and device name for validation.
  4. When premium expires or is not activated, the App reverts to the free feature set.

6. Withdrawal and refunds

EU consumers may withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days. For digital content delivered immediately, withdrawal may not apply once delivery has started with your express consent and acknowledgment that you lose the withdrawal right — especially after a license key is delivered and activated.

Contact hello@notchflow.eu for refund requests.

7. Support and complaints

Contact hello@notchflow.eu. We aim to respond within 14 business days. EU consumers may use the ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

8. Liability

The App and Site are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for misuse, unofficial downloads, or loss of locally stored data. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms by publishing a new version on the Site. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

Polish law applies. Disputes with consumers may be brought before courts at the consumer’s place of residence where applicable.
